Submitting a request does not guarantee that a pickup will be accepted or completed. Pickup availability may depend on location, material type, quantity, and operational conditions.

You must provide accurate information, including your name, phone number, pickup location, scrap type, and other requested details.

Pickup timings may vary because of traffic, weather, availability, access to the location, or other circumstances. ScrapEarn may reschedule or decline a pickup when reasonably necessary.

You must have the legal right to sell or hand over the materials submitted for collection.

ScrapEarn may refuse materials that are prohibited, hazardous, illegally obtained, stolen, unsafe, or unsuitable for collection.

Scrap prices may change based on market conditions, material type, quality, quantity, and other factors.

Any price shown before pickup may be indicative unless specifically confirmed as a final rate.

The final amount may be determined based on the actual material, weight, classification, and applicable rate at the time of collection.

You may request cancellation or rescheduling before the pickup is completed.

Once scrap has been collected and the transaction has been completed, cancellation or reversal may not be possible, except where required by applicable law or agreed by ScrapEarn.

You agree not to:

• provide false or misleading information;
• submit stolen or illegally obtained materials;
• misuse the ScrapEarn platform;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• interfere with the platform's operation; or
• use the Services for unlawful purposes.

ScrapEarn may restrict or suspend access where misuse or violation of these Terms is identified.

Some ScrapEarn features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
